Sponsor a Pet!

Sadly, there are many, many pets out there that need homes.  Pets often come to us malnourished, sick, or lacking in social skills.  For these pets it may take months or even years to find their forever home.  Their needs can be overwhelming for an organization like GHHS, which relies solely on contributions of time and money from people like you.  Sometimes, these animals' medical and long-term care expenses can cost several thousand dollars.

Sponsoring a pet

A $30 sponsorship will help pay for vaccinations, heartworm/flea control medicine, food, and any other expenses associated with the sponsored pet.  Many of our pets are in long-term care, so there may be more than one sponsor for each pet.  Your sponsorship is a one-time donation.

What you receive for your donation

For your $30 donation you can choose the pet you wish to sponsor and you will be sent additional information and periodic updates about your chosen pet.  Please go to the Available Pets page to choose a pet to sponsor.

How do you sponsor a pet?

Please let us know which pet you have chosen by sending a completed sponsor-a-pet form (you can get a printer-friendly copy here), along with your tax-deductible donation, to:
